2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

200g feta cheese block

4 cloves garlic, finely minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped (optional for extra freshness)

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon red pepper flakes (optional for a spicy kick)

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it reaches the right temperature for baking.

    Prepare the Baking Dish: In a medium-sized oven-safe baking dish, combine the halved cherry tomatoes and finely minced garlic. Drizzle the mixture with olive oil, and then generously sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if you prefer some heat). Use a spatula or spoon to mix the ingredients together until they're evenly coated.
