1 can (14 oz) of artichoke hearts, thoroughly drained and rinsed

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Zest of 1 lemon

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Artichokes: After draining and rinsing the artichoke hearts, use a paper towel to gently pat them dry. This step helps to eliminate excess moisture to achieve that perfect crispiness.
