1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). This ensures it’s ready for baking once your dish is prepared.

    Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken pieces, seasoning them generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it's browned and no longer pink in the center. Once cooked, remove it from heat and set it aside.

      Combine the Ingredients: In the same skillet, add the rinsed quinoa, chicken broth, and broccoli florets to the sautéed chicken. Next, stir in the sour cream until everything is well combined. Make sure the quinoa is evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
