No-Bake Strawberry Lasagna

2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup strawberry jam

Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are fully coated and resemble wet sand. Press this mixture evenly and firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish to form a solid crust. Place the dish in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to allow the crust to set.

    Make the Cream Cheese Layer: In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese for about 2 minutes until smooth and creamy. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to blend until everything is well combined. Carefully fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.

      Layer Strawberries and Cream Cheese Mixture: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust. Arrange half of the sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer. Drizzle with half of the strawberry jam, ensuring it's evenly distributed.

        Add Another Layer of Whipped Topping: Take half of the remaining whipped topping and spread it gently over the strawberries and jam layer. Use a spatula to smooth it out for an even finish.

          Repeat Layers: For the next layer, repeat the process by adding the remaining cream cheese mixture, followed by the other half of the strawberries and the remaining jam. Finally, top this with the last portion of whipped topping, smoothing it out to ensure an even top layer.

            Chill: Cover the entire dish tightly with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight. This resting time allows all the flavors to meld and the lasagna to firm up nicely.

              Serve: Once chilled and set, remove the lasagna from the refrigerator. Cut into squares for serving. Garnish each piece with fresh mint leaves to enhance the presentation and add a vibrant touch.
