Mini Chicken Alfredo Pizza Bites

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). To make cleanup easier, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Dough: If you’re using mini pizza dough, roll it out on a lightly floured surface until it's about ¼ inch thick. Use a round cookie cutter or a glass to cut out circles approximately 2-3 inches in diameter. If you opt for crescent roll dough, separate the triangles and then cut each triangle into smaller sections to create bite-sized pieces.

      Mix the Chicken Alfredo Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with ½ cup of the Alfredo sauce, ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, dried Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Stir the ingredients together until fully incorporated.

        Assemble the Pizza Bites: Arrange the dough circles on the prepared baking sheet. Spoon about a tablespoon of the chicken Alfredo mixture into the center of each circle, ensuring not to overfill to prevent any spillage during baking.
