Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a mini muffin tin by greasing it lightly or lining it with mini muffin liners for easy removal.

    Prepare the BBQ Chicken Mixture: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken with your chosen BBQ sauce. Stir thoroughly until the chicken is evenly coated. Set this mixture aside while you prepare the muffin batter.

      Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cornmeal, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated sugar. Use a whisk to blend these dry ingredients thoroughly, ensuring there are no lumps.
