2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 ripe mango, peeled and diced

1/2 medium red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped finely

Juice of 1 lime

For the Wraps:

4 large flour tortillas (or whole wheat for a healthier option)

1 cup fresh mixed greens or baby spinach

1 ripe avocado, sliced

Extra lime wedges for serving

Marinate the Chicken:

    In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, fresh lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl, ensuring they are fully coated with the marinade. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.

      Prepare the Mango Salsa:

        While the chicken is marinating, prepare the mango salsa. In a separate bowl, combine the diced mango, finely chopped red onion, minced jalapeño, chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside for the flavors to meld for about 15-20 minutes.
