1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust according to your sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional, for drizzling)

Fresh berries (such as strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries for topping)

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract. Whisk these ingredients together until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy, ensuring all components are well blended.

    Separate for Matcha: Divide the yogurt mixture into two separate bowls. To one bowl, add the matcha green tea powder. Whisk vigorously until the matcha is fully incorporated, resulting in a vibrant, green yogurt mixture.

      Layering: Take a silicone ice cube tray or a mini muffin tin and begin the layering process. Start by spooning a layer of the plain yogurt into each mold, followed by a layer of the matcha yogurt. Alternate the layers until the molds are almost full, leaving a small space at the top to allow for expansion during freezing.

        Optional Chocolate Drizzle: If you choose to include the chocolate, melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat them in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth. Using a spoon or a piping bag, drizzle the melted chocolate over the filled yogurt molds for an added touch of sweetness.
