Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup ripe mango, diced (you can use fresh or frozen)

2 cups Greek yogurt (choose plain or vanilla for a touch of sweetness)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional; adjust according to yogurt sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

1 cup granola or chopped nuts (for that extra crunch, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit: In a mixing bowl, add the sliced strawberries and diced mango. If you desire a sweeter taste, lightly drizzle in one tablespoon of honey or maple syrup. Gently toss the fruits to ensure they're evenly coated in the sweetener. Set this bowl aside to let the flavors meld.

Make the Yogurt Mixture: In a spacious bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with any remaining honey or maple syrup (if using), the vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix thoroughly until the yogurt becomes creamy and well combined.

Combine: Carefully fold the strawberry and mango mixture into the yogurt blend. Ensure the fruit pieces are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt for balanced flavors in each bite.

Form the Clusters: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Using a tablespoon or a cookie scoop, dollop generous spoonfuls of the yogurt-fruit mixture onto the parchment, creating clusters that are approximately 2 inches wide.

Add Crunch (Optional): For added texture, sprinkle granola or chopped nuts over the top of each yogurt cluster before you place them in the freezer.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the yogurt clusters to freeze for a minimum of 4 to 6 hours or until they are completely solid.

Store: Once frozen, carefully remove the clusters from the baking sheet and transfer them into an airtight container or a freezer bag. These delightful treats can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Serve: When you're ready to indulge, enjoy your Strawberry Mango Yogurt Clusters straight from the freezer as a nourishing and refreshing snack!
