Ingredients

2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt (or a dairy-free plant-based yogurt)

¼ cup honey (or maple syrup for a vegan alternative)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

A pinch of sea salt

½ cup granola or crushed nuts (optional, for topping)

Instructions

Prepare the Mangoes: In a blender, add the diced mangoes and blend until you achieve a smooth puree. If you prefer some texture in your bars, reserve a handful of diced mango pieces to mix in later.

Combine the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the smooth mango puree with Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, lemon juice, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are beautifully blended together into a creamy consistency.

Taste and Adjust: Take a small taste of the mixture. If you feel it needs additional sweetness, simply stir in a little more honey or maple syrup until it reaches your desired flavor.

Prepare the Molds: Line an 8x8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, ensuring that some paper hangs over the sides for easy removal later. Alternatively, use individual silicone molds for single-serving bars.

Pour and Smooth: Pour the creamy mango yogurt mixture into the prepared dish or molds. Use a spatula to spread and smooth the top evenly, ensuring an attractive finish.

Add Optional Topping: Sprinkle granola or crushed nuts over the top of the mixture if desired, adding a delightful crunch and texture to your bars.

Freeze: Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap or place a lid on it. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until the bars are completely firm to the touch.

Cut into Bars: After the bars have frozen completely, remove them from the freezer. Lift the frozen mixture out of the dish using the edges of the parchment paper for easier handling. Cut into even squares or rectangles, based on your preferred serving size.

Serve: You can enjoy the bliss bars immediately, or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks for a refreshing treat whenever you like.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 6 hours | Servings: 8-10 bars

Optional Presentation Tips: For an eye-catching display, serve the bars on a colorful platter garnished with fresh mango slices or a dusting of shredded coconut. Enjoy the burst of tropical flavor!
