1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

A pinch of fine sea salt

Combine the Base: In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smoothly blended. Make sure there are no clumps of chia seeds.
