Ingredients

1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, thoroughly drained and rinsed

3 cloves fresh garlic, finely minced

1/4 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)

1/4 cup high-quality extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

Optional: red pepper flakes for a spicy kick

Instructions

In the bowl of a food processor, add the drained cannellini beans, minced garlic, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, and ground cumin.

Secure the lid and pulse the mixture until it is smooth and creamy. If the dip appears too thick for your liking, gradually add a tablespoon of water, pulsing after each addition until you achieve your preferred consistency.

Taste the dip and season it with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Blend again briefly to ensure the seasoning is well incorporated.

Once the dip is ready, transfer it to a serving bowl. For an appealing presentation, drizzle a bit of extra virgin olive oil over the top and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley. If you enjoy heat, scatter a few red pepper flakes on top for an extra punch of flavor.

Serve your creamy garlic white bean dip alongside warm pita chips, fresh vegetable sticks, or crusty bread for dipping. Enjoy!
