1 cup fresh spinach leaves, thoroughly washed and dried

1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 medium tomato, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)

Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Make the Avocado Spread: In a medium mixing bowl, use a fork to mash the ripe avocados until they reach a smooth consistency. Incorporate the Greek yogurt, fresh lime juice, garlic powder, and ground cumin. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Stir until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
