2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (a blend of oregano, basil, and thyme)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for added heat)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup baby spinach or mixed greens

Salt and pepper, to taste

Olive oil, for cooking

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded or diced cooked chicken with mozzarella, cream cheese, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, Italian herbs, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using). Season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated, creating a creamy and flavorful chicken filling.

    Assemble the Wraps: Take one tortilla and lay it flat on a clean, dry surface. Scoop a quarter of the chicken filling and place it in the center of the tortilla. Top the filling with a handful of baby spinach or mixed greens. Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly from the bottom, securing the filling inside. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling until all wraps are assembled.

      Cook the Wraps: Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a light drizzle of olive oil. Once the oil is shimmering, place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown and crispy. Carefully flip the wraps to cook the other side, for another 3-4 minutes, until both sides are crispy and the cheese is melted.

        Serve: After cooking, remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool slightly. With a sharp knife, slice each wrap in half diagonally for an attractive presentation.
