Ingredients

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried parsley)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Whisk the mixture until all ingredients are well incorporated and set aside.

Prepare Biscuit Dough: Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and gently separate the biscuits. Using a sharp knife, cut each biscuit in half, yielding 16 equal pieces.

Fill Biscuits: Take one piece of the biscuit dough and flatten it into a small circle about 3 inches in diameter. Place approximately 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each circle.

Seal Bombs: Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the cheese filling, pinching them together tightly to seal. Make sure the cheese is completely enclosed within the dough to avoid any leaks during baking.

Coat with Garlic Butter: Dip each sealed garlic butter bomb in the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated. Arrange each bomb seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet to maintain their shape.

Add Parmesan: Generously sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each butter bomb for an extra layer of cheesy flavor that will delight your taste buds.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the garlic butter bombs are puffed up and golden brown.

Serve: Once baked, remove the bombs from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. For an added flavor boost, drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the tops. Serve warm and indulge in the cheesy goodness!
