1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips

2 bell peppers (1 red and 1 yellow), sliced

1 large red onion, sliced

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it reaches the right temperature while you prepare the foil packs.

    Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, add the sliced chicken, bell peppers, and red onion. Drizzle the olive oil over the ingredients. Then, sprinkle in the chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and lime juice. Using tongs or a spatula, gently toss the mixture until the chicken and veggies are evenly coated in the seasoning blend.

      Prepare the Foil Packs: Cut four sheets of aluminum foil, each measuring approximately 12x12 inches. Take a generous portion of the seasoned chicken and vegetable mixture and pile it in the center of each foil sheet, ensuring equal distribution.
