2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 ripe avocado, perfectly mashed

6 strips of crispy bacon, coarsely chopped

1 small red onion, finely diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

8 large romaine or butter lettuce leaves

Prepare the Chicken: If the chicken breasts are not yet cooked, you can either boil or grill them until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Once fully cooked, allow the chicken to cool slightly before shredding it into bite-sized pieces with two forks.

    Mix the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, finely diced red onion, and halved cherry tomatoes. Stir gently until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
