Ingredients

1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped

1 cup ricotta cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1 garlic clove, finely minced

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 package of wonton wrappers (approximately 40 wrappers)

1 egg, beaten (for sealing the wontons)

Cooking spray or olive oil for brushing

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan, crumbled feta, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix thoroughly with a spatula or spoon until all ingredients are evenly blended.

Assemble the Wontons: On a clean, flat surface, place a wonton wrapper diagonally in front of you. Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of the prepared spinach and ricotta filling into the center of the wrapper. Using your finger or a small brush, lightly moisten the edges of the wrapper with the beaten egg to create a seal.

Fold the Wontons: Carefully fold the wonton wrapper in half to create a triangle shape. Press the edges firmly together to seal, making sure there is no air trapped inside. For an extra decorative touch, you can pinch the edges to create a crimped effect. Continue this process with the remaining wrappers and filling until all are assembled.

Air Fry the Wontons: Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (188°C). Arrange the wontons in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching to allow for even cooking. Lightly spray or brush the tops with cooking spray or a drizzle of olive oil for a golden finish.

Cooking Time: Air fry the wontons for approximately 8-10 minutes, or until they achieve a beautiful golden brown color and crispy texture. Depending on the capacity of your air fryer, you may need to cook them in batches.

Serve: Once cooked, carefully remove the wontons from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly on a wire rack. Serve them warm, accompanied by your favorite dipping sauce such as sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, or a creamy homemade yogurt dip for an extra flavor kick.
