1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

Prep the Cauliflower: Start by thoroughly washing the cauliflower head. Cut it into bite-sized florets, ensuring that the pieces are uniform in size for consistent cooking.

    Blanch the Cauliflower: Fill a pot with water and bring it to a rolling boil. Carefully add the cauliflower florets and blanch them for about 2-3 minutes, just until they are tender yet still retain a slight crunch. Drain the florets and gently pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.

      Make the Cheese Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded sharp cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything together until fully incorporated and the mixture resembles a thick paste.
