Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper for easy cleanup and to prevent sticking.

    Prepare the Sweet Potatoes: Take the sweet potatoes, wash them thoroughly, and peel off the skin. Cut them into even chunks and place these chunks into a pot of boiling water. Cook the sweet potatoes for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until they are tender enough to pierce easily with a fork. Once cooked, drain the water and let the sweet potato chunks cool for a few minutes.

      Mash the Sweet Potatoes: In a large mixing bowl, add the cooled sweet potato chunks. Using a fork or a potato masher, thoroughly mash them until they reach a smooth consistency without lumps.
