Welcome to dishmum (the “Site”), operated by Dishmum LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using https://dishmum.com (the “Website”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). All textual, photographic, video, and graphic materials provided by Dishmum (“Site Content”) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual‑property laws. The Site Content is licensed to you under the following conditions:

2. Prohibited Uses: You may not modify, create derivative works, or claim ownership of any Site Content without our prior written consent.
3. User‑Generated Content (UGC): By submitting any comment, review, photo, or recipe to the Site, you grant Dishmum a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual, irrevocable, non‑exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such UGC in any media now known or later developed. You also represent and warrant that you own all rights to the UGC and that it does not infringe any third‑party rights.
4. Attribution: When you share UGC outside the Site, you must include a clear attribution to the original author and a link back to the original content on dishmum.com.

The Site and all Site Content are provided on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the following:

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of recipes, nutritional information, or cooking instructions.
• Fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non‑infringement.
• Availability of the Site or any portion thereof, or that the Site will be error‑free, secure, or uninterrupted.

We do not guarantee that any dietary advice, cooking techniques, or health‑related statements on the Site are suitable for any individual. You acknowledge that any reliance on such information is at your own risk.

4. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dishmum, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to:

• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid, if any, for access to the Site during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding.
4. Governing Law & Venue: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. Any court action arising out of these Terms must be filed in the federal or state courts located in the State of California, and each party hereby consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

6. General Provisions

Modification of Terms. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms or any applicable law.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any privacy policy, cookie policy, or other legal notices posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dishmum regarding your use of the Site.
